Installing ComicZeal:
ComicZeal Beta Download
Download the ComicZeal software from the above link.
In the archive you'll find a file called ComicZeal.ipa that should be used by MS Windows users, the other is an application bundle called 'ComicZeal' to be used by Mac users.
The archive also contains the distribution certificate, called 'bitolithic_adhoc.mobileprovision'.
To install the ComicZeal beta start up iTunes, go to the 'Applications' section (select from the left) and drag and drop the certificate and application on to the main section of the iTunes window. This process is the same for both Mac and Windows.
If there is no applications section showing in your iTunes you can enable it in the 'General' pane of the preferences window.
When iTunes has finished processing the files, connect and sync your device to move ComicZeal across to it.
